All services are based on the agreed scope at the time of booking. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your project date, and the remaining balance is due before the project start date. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are nonrefundable.

Clients are responsible for providing all required content and materials prior to the project start date.

Any third-party fees are separate from my services and are the responsibility of the client.

I do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to course sales, engagement, or performance outcomes.
