I have over 10 years’ experience working in technology from different industries. My first degree is in Communications and after spending time and money figuring out what my career path would be like after working in TV and Radio Production, I landed a job in a different field of technology and I have not looked back since then.
I worked as an IT Support Assistant providing troubleshooting assistance and technical support. My interest in technology grew on me and looked for other opportunities to enhance my experience.
Not only have I learned about troubleshooting, delivering technical support, training on instructional technology tools, multimedia software and hardware, but I have also explored web design, coding, and online course creation.
I also wanted to use my Spanish skills and taught the language at two different universities, and then created an online course.
